A plated luncheon will be held outside, under a tented roof on Shelving Rock Terrace
at The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing.
During the meal a Sagamore Chef will present a cooking demonstration.
The event offers a three-course meal and beverage and includes:
Ash Roasted Beets, Lavender Chevre, Spring Onion Emulsion, Chimichuri Chicken Breast,
Citrus Curd, Macerated Berries, and Wildflower Honey.
All for only $35.00 per person. A cash bar will be available.
