| Dear Friend, Thank you for your interest in and support of the Friends of Up Yonda Farm. Your generosity has a meaningful impact on Up Yonda Farm, and here is what your gifts helped us accomplish this year: Supplied educational materials for nature, science and environmental programs. Underwrote the community holiday wreath-making program. Purchased needed updates to Starlab, the portable planetarium. Provided a new picnic table and maintained the viewing scope for the scenic vista area. Contributed hundreds of pumpkins and decorations for the Trunk or Treat Halloween event, attended by over 800 guests to Up Yonda Farm. We have many plans for the coming year, including the sponsorship of a new addition to Up Yonda, the Story Walk program. Pages of books will be placed in frames and mounted along a trail. Children will stroll the trail, directed by each page of the book. It’s a great way to instill both a love of reading and appreciation of nature. We hope you can support us in this new and exciting project, and in our on-going commitment to help and sustain Up Yonda Farm Environmental Education Center.
